- What services are included on the logo signs?
Gas, Food, Lodging, Camping and Attraction services are eligible for participation in the New Mexico Logo Sign Program.

- Are all facilities providing these five key services eligible to participate?
There are specific criteria which each type of service must meet to be eligible for the program. Click on the Eligibility Criteria link for a listing of the specific eligibility criteria required for participation.

- Can seasonal businesses participate in the logo signing program?
Yes, but the business logo signs must be covered or removed during those times the business is not in operation, or seasonal dates must be included on the customer business signs.

- Will all qualified businesses who wish to participate in this program be required to have ramp signs?
Ramp signs are only required for businesses not visible by traffic approaching the termini of the highway exit ramp serving the business or approaching an intersection along the route from the exit ramp to the business.

- How much will it cost to participate in the New Mexico Logo Sign Program?

- How will the signs be maintained?
All logo sign maintenance will be performed by New Mexico Logos, Inc. or its contractors.

- Once I am in the program can my business logo sign be removed?
Yes, conditions can result in the removal of your business logo sign. Your business logo sign will be removed if your facility is found in non-compliance with eligibility criteria and fails to correct the requirements not met within thirty (30) days or for failure to meet the financial obligations of participation.

- How will the distance be measured to determine if my business meets the mileage eligibility criteria?
Travel distance will be measured from the point of intersection of the main traveled way and the exit traveled way to the nearest driveway entrance of the business.

- How will it be determined what businesses have priority if space is not available for all businesses in any one category wishing to participate?
If more applications for a service are received than space is available, the order of priority shall the businesses closest to the interchange.
